Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is after 2 PM, and check-out is before 12 NN. Please let us know if you require flexibility.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and near open windows or doors. A designated smoking area is provided outside.
Barefoot Luxury
Please remove slippers and shoes before entering the house and rooms.
Noise Levels
Please keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors.
Damage Policy
Guests will be responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.
Pool Rules
Supervision
Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area.
Safety
No diving or horseplay in the pool area.
Cleanliness
Please use the outdoor shower before entering the pool to help keep it clean.
CLEANLINESS & Trash
Dining Etiquette
To maintain the pristine condition of our living areas, eating is not permitted in the sala area, especially on the couch.
Cleaning Up
Please clean up after using the kitchen or BBQ. Dishes should be washed.
Food Waste
Dispose of food waste in the trash can or as directed.
Departure Checklist
Before Leaving
- Ensure all doors and windows are locked.
- Turn off lights, air conditioning/heating, and all electronics.
- Leave keys in the lockbox or as instructed.
